We are so excited to welcome you back with a new food menu filled with locally sourced ingredients and some of your favorite cocktails made with Pollinator Spirits.
The tasting rooms large, warm and inviting inside atmosphere, along with our extended outside patio makes Catskill Provisions the perfect event destination. We can easily accommodate large groups and well behaved dogs are always welcome!

OUR CRAFT DISTILLERY AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE TOUR & TASTING
Our distillery is located ten miles north of the Tasting Room at 244 Delaware Lake Road in Long Eddy, NY. There is no store on site, but appointments can be made for distillery tours at least one week in advance.
