Our NY maple bourbon is a grain spirit distilled from non-GMO grains harvested in NY State and aged in New American Oak barrels to smooth perfection. It is then finished in NY state, rich, buttery flavor maple syrup barrels, and proofed with pure, mineral-rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create a rich bourbon with warm, woody notes and hints of caramel and vanilla.
