NY Apple Cider Vinegar

We use non-GMO NY State Apples that are fermented and aged for 8 months in steel. We then blend the resulting vinegar with our own wildflower honey and infuse an herb blend from renowned spice blenders, La Boite. 

No artificial anything; no refined sugar, no corn syrup, gluten free. 
Use in salads, marinades, sauces as well as drinks for a perfect acidity balance
